Today we are going over how to build a bigger thicker back!
To me it's as simple as putting your back in a disadvantageous (my keyword of the day) state and really making the entire back work throughout whatever movement you're doing.

Thanks! I just retired after 30 years in the military and have lifted the entire time. I plateaued years ago, but kept going through the motions to maintain fitness levels to pass my PT tests. The first 3 months of my retirement, coupled with gyms closing due to COVID, I started getting way out of shape. I focused on using body weight for exercise and lots of running, which produced mediocre results. After binging on your vids, I have gotten myself back into shape and out of the rut. So many good variations on hitting the muscles. I’ll watch a vid on whatever body part I’m training that day prior to hitting the weights (while waiting for my pre workout to kick in). You’ve got a lifetime subscriber. Keep those videos coming. Off to hit back.

I thought so too. It goes against everything everyone tells you about back safety. However....I've been lifting for a long time. I understand why it looks bad....but damnit if it doesn't feel great when I do it. You just need to go light enough and test out the right curvature that you want your back in. Once you find a stable spot I have found this to be IMPROVING my back pain and overall stability. Bad form is bad form. Good form is good form. But "bad form" done with thought and reason and caution can be good form too.
