Maestro carpintero soi pobre y disminuido me gustaría tener un taco suyo con dos flechas una normal y otra más fina le pido haga un esfuerzo me regalasen un taco suyo me encanta su forma de trabajar los tacos de billar pero mis posibilidades son nulas para poder comprarle uno estoy pasando hambre y me gusta mucho el billar un saludo y gracias por su video tan interesante me encantó verlo fabricar sus tacos

his way of using the circular saw is very dangerous not the right way I think. His finger is very close to the blade he needs to use a stick to push the wood.

He’s using it correctly - you keep your fingers away from the saw’s path….ever seen a butcher cut meat with a band saw? Same thing, they keep their fingers away from the saw’s path …. The push stick is for cuts that are big and you cannot guide the wood through without potentially injuring yourself or it’s for people who don’t know how to use a table saw.

The machinery and work practises are scary out of touch. I am an old boat builder myself and back in the 60's we used gear like that and that was regarded old back then. That does not mean though that the product quality has to be inferior if the skills and experience are high.

Small shop cue makers have to make 80% of our tools or modify our equipment. Safety isn’t always a priority or is it a capability of the user. We are tradesman.

I love how none if his tools are fancy. A fence he needs to tighten with pliers, a marking jig secured with packaging tape, a toothbrush to apply glue. Compare this master to amateur woodworkers in the US who spend thousands to have the best gear thinking its a substitute for skill.

You should stick with only local cue makers then. Any mass production item will be abused at some point. They just come out of the factory with a beautiful clear coat.
