Omg omg omg...I love love this home! Checks ALL my boxes. I want to move to North Georgia and wondering what a home like this goes for? In Orlando, FL where I live, this would cost around 1.5-2.5mil depending on the area.

I know this may sound like a really silly question what is the difference if any between a gated community and an HOA community? We don’t have either of them here in Scotland

Gated is just that...gated. So it is more secure. Because of that perk and alot of times along with others, you will pay an HOA. This is a separate cost either monthly or quarterly that you will pay to have the neighborhood's "amenities" like the gate for security or a club house/ pool or even cable and lawn service. It just depends. It is generally not too expensive in the real scheme of things ($200-2k a year depending on the "perks" of the HOA) . It adds value in my opinion.

Hi Nekeya! Yes, there are 4 Bedrooms upstairs, 1 Bedroom in the basement, and the sellers counted the room with the grand piano on the main level as a bedroom.

Hi Cathy! Very true, a lot of sellers paint their walls neutral in hopes of pleasing the average viewers eye!

@@PaulinaMuez Any color but white personally green, red. Even yellow or brown works with those who prefer neutral colors .White rugs and walls tends to get dirty and is not practical with kids. Blue is nice also. Lots of people prefer retro and with the pandemic color can effect a person's mood.Americans need to find happiness right now. You can buy a house with white but then you have repaint the whole house. There is psychiology behind colors.
