Chakits, appliances are stainless..it’s called “Black Stainless” And dark cabinets are back. The trend is to blend the appliances to the dark cabinets so they don’t stand out as much like regular stainless, unless you’re doing white cabinets then it’s ok.

Quite beautiful. Normally I dislike dark cabinets and dark trim, but this looked great because of the light tile flooring and light wall color. Nice combo. Also, the upstairs was lovely as was the pool.

Chakits, your videos showed up on my feed as a suggestion awhile back, and I have to say that I do enjoy them. You're so genuine and I like how you let us know about little details. For instance the cabinets and drawers. You've said before that no other realtor does what you do as far as the vlogs and you're right. I haven't seen it and I've looked. Keep up the good work. 😉 P.S. Needs a built-in fridge for sure! That window wall in the master is ridiculous and love the ceiling. I agree with the zero threshold for the shower, and two shower heads.

Wow..I don't think I've ever seen a 2 story Toll brothers home for that low a price. Nothing wrong, it only shows that they have their eyes on the more middle income market as well. Obviously, there was no compromise on the design or quality. Good Job Toll Bros.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nice home, however, it strikes me funny that I use to have dark kitchen cabinets and just changed them to white in order to have a lighter atmosphere throughout my house. Needless to say, I do agree with you Chakits regarding the refrigerator is a bit small for the scale of the home, plus the dark cabinets plus the countered tops making everything too severely dark. In addition, the water softener is a must. Lastly, the lack of privacy at the outside spa not welcome ..........Abrazos

Water softener is a must. Get a Culligan not your Costco or Sams Club version. I have in my home and it’s set on HIGH for softener. Water is hard in Southern California.

This home is beautiful. I would change nothing about the outside spa on the master, i would block the open area next to the wall and as for the shower i like the concept. How deep is that pool it does not look deep. And thanks for the inspirational talk at the end chuck. Nice Video as always.

Absolutely beautiful home. The glass wall in the Master Bedroom is incredible. The only downfalls are the too dark kitchen cabinets and the outside spa lacks privacy. With homes so close to each other you will have neighbors pulling up a chair watching the your nudie show.

OMG Chakits!! I love this house. Prior to watching this video I watched one with a house that was built in 2006 that was also in the $600 thousands but it needed to be upgraded and if I could take all these upgrades and put them into the other house, BOMB 💣💥 And I don't think you said Actually in this video I don't know I gotta watch this again lol Blessings to you💜

One of the best well planned and room positioned houses that I have ever seen. The first floor perfect. The second floor I'm not sure about the design...but love all showers and bathrooms. And believe me I have seen a lot. It definitely grate price.

Good video..... Recording was choppy again though, IDK why it does that for your videos sometimes. Like its playing back in 15fps but the quality says 1080p 60fps... IDK if your forgetting to select something on your camera or what, but its only your videos it ever happens with

IF the asking price included a bunch of the upgrades I would do this BUT not a lot of sq. footage for the price otherwise . I would want to turn garage 3 into a room for sure . Would likely turn the formal dining into a PC/Gaming room with a 1/2 bath at the end where the bath from the previous bathroom is . Share plumbing that way .

PJ Collazo Then you dont know the housing market, especially now. This house would go for more in some areas. But the flooring, tile and upgrades alone. Houses last year are already up 20% from purchase price. It is a seller’s market now.

I am surprised no one is asking: how do you get into the parking lot? Not just this house but a lot of the houses that we see from this channel. It is like there is landscaping blocking the entrance to the garage. Am I missing something ?

Gorgeous home, but These homes are for out of state suckers from CA. Living in vegas, I can tell you that only 3 months out of year can you use "in door outdoor living"
