Finally! Their first video to be premiered on TV: CMT Music. A good song is relatable, and this one certainly hits you right in the feels!

Austin poured his heartbreak into this song after his long term relationship breakup, hoping it would put his emotions into words. It took him awhile to finish it because it was painful. He says it’s hard to sing it each time, but hopes it will get easier. His former girlfriend is in quite a few of their older videos, especially All On Me.

This was written about his break up after 5 years with the person who did/somehow still does their wardrobe. She was there for them singing in the field but not the recreation of their time on the beach. If you choose to rewatch it, focus on the emotion he emits when singing.

I'm watching this long after Thanksgiving, in the middle (hopefully the end) of the 2020 Corona Pandemic. This song is heartfelt for all of us. We've all been there, and Austin wrote this as he was coming out of a long term relationship with someone (in normal non lock down times) he would see every day. That has to make it doubly tough. Great song, great reaction, and thank you for sharing this with us.

I like your videos, I don't watch all, but I watch absolutely all of your Home Free reactions and many others as well. I loved this original, it is from the heart and I think Austin did a good job writing and performing it.

takes me to my late ex husband....when we were first together in high school....and the first 3 years while married when we had the kids. all was perfect. we thought each others thoughts and could think about each other and the other would get chills....

Austin and his girlfriend of 5 yrs parted ways, and he's still having a hard time accepting it. After his parents divorced, it was really hard for Austin to trust someone enough to commit, and that's the reason for their parting of ways. Can't really blame her, though, especially after investing 5 yrs together. BUT....she's still working with the group as both their stylist, and their photographer, which makes it even harder on Austin because he see's that she's found the strength and the will to move on without him. Rough situation. Anyway, I wish you and your's a very Happy and Safe Thankgiving. God Bless.

If they were together for 5 years, that WAS the commitment, especially considering what he's been through. A piece of paper and a ring don't make a relationship more real, nor do they make a happy family. People do, and love does. Doesn't sound like she found the strength and the will to do anything but break the heart of the man who loved and trusted her...all because of a worthless piece of paper and a bit of gold. As for her continued work with Home Free, I suspect it's to continue to throw the situation in his face and keep on hurting him. I just hope he's able to one day see past her and find someone who'll love and care for him for who he is.
