Today we are going to transform our guestroom into a home gym while I am going to share tips on how to start the new year stronger than ever. Together we are going to build a roadmap to living our best lives and let our goals be our guides. Let’s get started!
For 30 days we are going to get fit in our mind, body and wallet! Each day we are going to committee to 15-minute work outs that focus on our Abs, legs, arms, butt, core and total body. We are also going to explore some amazing tools I have picked up along the way to smash out 2021 goals!
Our #1 goal is to wake up in January 1st, 2021 and know exactly who we are and what we are going to accomplish this year. Last year I did this, and despite COVID and other setbacks, I smashed my goals in the first 3 months. Let’s get started!
