Honstly the whole part since 1:39 is something out of this world. And at 2:08 this song gets the best, this is the part when if I listen to it while being somewhere outside at evening or at night and the part at 2:08 starts and even when I dont think about the song im listening to, at that moment i just always realise "wow, this is one of the most beautiful songs ive ever heard" and I feel like this is the happiest moment of my life, no thinking about anything, no worries, just now, me, the beautiful scenery I see, the sun setting, and this beautiful song (and maybe a beer haha). Moments like this make me feel like im at the happiest moment of my life, even when im not doing anything special. Good music makes a random time and a random place feel really special. I would not love to go on bike travels that much if it was without listening to music. Oh my god, I love music so much

This music makes me remember all the hardships I’ve faced in my life to get to the point where I am now. Truly nostalgic. 💙

I cant believe I am saying this but after 5 years of listening to this and Resonance...I feel like I like Hold more. It has a sense of finality to it, a stillness. Almost like a meditation.

This song is cool. Especially since I just listened to this while on the road. The cars, buildings, and sky all interlocked to this song. Don't know why but I just felt lost and as if I was dreaming or something when I listened to this. #memorialday

An almost non existent, and very pure creativity is shown when an artist can compose like this, so to explain the song in words might be a vain thing. From the time when the initial notes lilt upon your ears, you begin to anticipate something gently radiating within you. A light feeling of joy exponentially resonates into an unimaginable rapture before you even realize what is happening. The sinuous fluidity and somewhat slurred undulations of this song is like slowly revealing the shadings of heaven through sound. It is the ending of something beautiful, or the beginning of something more-something that has passed, yet hasn’t quite started yet. Hold by HOME is an alluring, bittersweet, and melancholic song, invoking nostalgia from the depths of your soul. How it can make sadness a beautiful thing is a mystery, or perhaps it’s only the slight feeling of displacement when experiencing nostalgia for the first time. Either Nostalgia or something more- something you could have experienced, but was never able to due to being separated by time. You cannot transcend time, so Hold does it while slowly and gently carrying you to the end. Nevertheless, listen and you will end up lost in a realm of memories, time, and everything in between. Listen again, and amplify those memories to forever... Once a friend and I went on a night drive. I hadn’t seen him for a long time before that. We drove for hours, and spent that time talking and getting to know each other again. This was one of the first songs he played. It described that night so perfectly- the realization of time missed with one another, yet at the same instant, the beauty of seeing each other after so long. I finally found it

Last summer, almost one year ago, I was so depressed about School, and life and just honestly hated myself. I listened to this song every day before falling asleep at 5 AM. This will always be the anthem of that summer for me. I am glad that this and more generally HOME's music, was there to help me through it.

To be frank, this has to be one of my favorites by HOME. Its uplifting and has a wonderful beat, it just makes me want to go the extra mile on whatever it is I'm doing. I'm so glad my brother introduced me to them via Resonance, give me a whole new genre to listen to while doing work.

I live on Long Island, and there’s this idyllic road all the way south by jones beach. It’s perfectly straight for miles and miles, as it runs along the coast across the Atlantic, surrounded by water. Every sunrise is perfectly set right on the center of the road, it’s as if you’re driving towards the vibrant pink purple sky itself. It’s literally those vapor wave animations in real life. I’d drive down the road early morning 4-5am, empty with no traffic, no police speeding down listening to this.
