I like that you used pakchoi as well!!! You can even have it with rice. We usually, have it with rice not giving proper tadka but with a lil fry with oil, garlic & chilli. One can even make it soupy, with adding water consistently! :)

It would be kind if u precisely answer me if u went to UK on a scholarship or not and if yes which one did u choose? Secondly if u got some fee waiver from your university or is your university offering some internal scholarships for international students?
