Being a bengali I really appreciate your efforts and I've enjoyed the vlog a lot.But a thing I must say we use Panch Phoran instead of Kala Jeera in Musoor Dal.However your take on cooking bengali dishes really deserves a round of applause.And the bengali words you said were very sweet indeed.
