The bacon recipe can be written on your hand:
Rub with 6tsp salt and 1tsp prauge powder #1 for each 5lbs of pork belly
Cure for 5 days/inch of thickness
Smoke till 150F internal

Here I sat down to eat some oatmeal and a green smoothie for breakfast and catch up on my favorite Canadian family. It was at minute 11:46 when my bowl of oatmeal hit the wall and clamored to the floor as i got out my cast iron and started frying up my own bacon. thank you for getting me back on track for the day. may the bacon gods light shine upon you and grant you greasy fingers and a full tummy.

Your resistance to bacon is amazing. I would never make it for 11m46s. As a matter of fact, I’m known to eat my bacon raw because it takes too long to cook

That was one of the best burgers I have seen. We have a restaurant in Cape Town, the chef makes a burger like yours. When my grandkids from the USA had one they said Oupa the best burger we have ever eaten. They come from burger land.

Rose is one in a million. Most wives I know would not even be acting they were enjoying this activity and none have such a endearing personality. All five lovely girls are much the same as their awesome Mother....five future husbands will be so fortunate! Perhaps these neat things are somewhat caused by their beautiful environment....and Jeff probably helps in that too.....thank you all for your wonderful videos and all the joy and smiles they cause!!!!!!!!

AMAZING...... just love watching you and your family doing things that i have only ever dreamed off, i have always wanted to live in canada since i found out that my god father and his family moved there in 1967 and never looked back, i was 7yrs old. One day i will visit canada but not the big citys as thats just going from home to home if you know what i mean. Your bacon looks perfecto worth waiting for yes. Love the channel.

I have loved bacon and burgers for ever! However now at 65 I am faced with heart issues. I have gone primarily to whole food plant base foods. It really is a matter of life for me - without heart surgery. Just concerned for your later years. Moderation? Really love you and your family videos.
