Aloo Methi Suva Sabzi
Ingredients
Mustard oil 2 tbsp
Dry red chilli 1 pc
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Methi leaves 1 cup
Dill leaves (suva) ½ cup
Potatoes dices 1 cup
Salt 1 tbsp
Method
Wash, clean methi leaves & dill leaves. Roughly chop them and keep it aside.
Heat a pan, add mustard oil, chopped garlic, whole dry red chilli and saute them.
Then add potato dice and toss them. Cover the pan with a lid and cook them on low flame for 6-7 mins.
Then add salt and cook further until the potatoes get soft done.
Later add chopped methi, chopped dill leaves and mix it well.
Low down the flame and cook until the methi leaves fully cooked.
This aloo suva methi sabzi is ready for your meal.
Aloo Methi Sabzi
Ingredients
Oil 2 tbsp
Jeera 1 tbsp
Onion chopped ½ cup
Tomato chopped ½ cup
Potato diced 1 cup
Salt 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Methi leaves 1 cup
Water as required
Method
Wash and clean methi leaves. Roughly chop them and keep it aside.
Heat a pan, add oil, jeera and let it crackle.
Then add chopped onion and cook until it gets golden brown.
Later add potato dices and saute them.
Add salt, turmeric powder and mix them well.
Add some water to avoid ingredients getting burnt. Cover it with a lid and cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
Then add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder and saute them.
Now add chopped methi and mix it well.
Cook it for 4-5 mins on medium flame.
