I really enjoy watching your videos. I'm on the water on the *best* lot in Overlook at Hamlin. I didn't even know what I was buying when I purchased my home. We have the best nearby shopping/movies/leisure/everything here. Would you mind showing Town Center retail and all of the cool stuff (and upcoming) in a future video (Tiki Docks and Pop Golf)? Keep up the great work!

I regret not buying over there 3 years ago. Had no idea those homes would go from 900k to 2.5-3M seemingly overnight. Congrats on the home. Great idea on the video

I'm almost 55 and would love to live in a Del Webb community. The problem is the builder is Pulte. I don't care how much they might have improved over the years, I won't touch anything built by Pulte or KB (KB though is probably worse).

Thank you for the video. Wasn't aware of all the new construction in that area of Orlando. $70 HOA fee on that first home is very reasonable. Was wondering what the property taxes were like. Was hoping not too much since the lots appear around an 1/8 to 1/4 of an acre.

I toured that Thompkins home in 2021 early, and thought it was amazing especially that island.

Ken, great video! Curious to hear your thoughts on Rockwell Homes. I believe you can still buy new construction from them in winding bay.

Proud buyer of a Del Webb Oasis home. I didn't follow Ken's advice in one of the latest streams where he recommended staying in Orlando a few times to see if you actually enjoy living there, but I'm taking a gamble and trusting that my 4-day visit last year was enough, lol! I appreciate Ken keeping me up to speed on this development, and always get excited when he bring Oasis up in one of his videos.
