If your having problems with things staying in walls try putting wall anchors in (little plastic pegs that are hollow in the middle, their called different things). In my house we have the same problem and that that's what we use to hang heavy things.

as a non-brit I find it odd with carpeted floors with rugs on them personally. I would have wooden floors and maybe have a big area rug if I wanted the cozy feel. So easy to clean and change up.

I think it’s really sad that you cooperate with a brand like primark... they are just absolutely unsustainable and have horrible working conditions. I just think no one should support them.
