Get the hell out of Detroit, and come down here! You may never afford $1.4M, but you can get a hell of a lot of the luxury of this house in something considerably smaller and much more practical. We voted with our feet 35 years ago to escape the horror, taxes, and weather of New York City and never looked back.

I'm not 👀 looking to buy; but, by the attached 🎥 video showings; my favorites scenes of the house are the outside of house made of brick, the balconies/porch connections to the house, the wood flooring and the kitchen, it's truly other beautiful also seen about the house that I didn't mention by this comment section, I just stated my favorites 👀 seen.👌

This one is very nice. I love the pool. Flat lawn I need a house with a bonus room! 3 car garage And Big basement for gym equipment And A security neighborhood if there are any other than Country Club of the South. Not entirely necessary but I am going to have some remodeling done. Brick for sure

It's going to be a bitch to cool and heat the place, and $1.4 in suburban Atlanta is hardly unheard of. In fact, I'm surprised with that living area the price is that low. I wonder about the school district. Where we llive in Marietta, a big chunk of the asking price for any home, new or old, is based on our particular high school district.

I like his home. Especially, the size of the bedrooms. However, its appears to be very dark. I think its all the dark wood. I like the wood, its gorgeous but maybe too much.

$1.4 million, 7000sq feet. Has to be West Cobb. Nice house, very dark wood throughout. Much too open on the 1st floor for my taste. But I love the deck (mosquitoes and all) overlooking the pool. I'm in East Cobb, 35 yo house,3300 sq feet, 2.5 baths, 4 BRs, appraised for between $550K-750K, depending on who you believe. Something is missing in the calculus. Still, my brother in Cupertino California is in a 1300 sq ft home, no basement, no pool, 4BR, about 60 years old between the Apple campuses, and he's at just under $3 million. I'll suggest he sell tomorrow, buy this one, and still pocket a cool million and a half. What he will do with 7000 sq ft I have no idea, but we can worry about that problem tomorrow.
