Hi!!! 👋🏻 I’ve been waiting for my chicken to marinate for 3 days and now it’s cooking in the airfryer. Can’t wait to eat it. I followed the recipe exactly and even put cracked black pepper like you did! 😄 Thank you for the recipe, hope it turns out as good as the one in the video 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Update: It turned out so good, and it has no preservatives no artificial flavouring or any other nonsense! It's a foolproof recipe, everyone should give it a try. If only I'd made a bigger batch.

This is a very good video, I would like to try it as well. It is much healthier than the deli from market. Just one question, why would you soak the meat in the water and keep in the fridge again? Thank you

If you click on the link in the description, you'll be taken straight to the recipe which explains that soaking the meat in the water helps to desalinate it (removes some of the saltiness) from the meat. Thanks for the question!

It literally says “a bit” in the recipe. How long is that? A bit of an hour? A bit of a day? A bit of a week? A bit of a decade?

It's best to use a meat thermometer instead of a clock. Easier too.
