Hello everyone!
Welcome back, Today I am sharing with you the best homemade chicken salami recipe with an Excellent Flavor, Well Texture and without preservatives.
You can make this healthy salami for ur kids and store in the freezer for a month-long. It is so easy all you need is a food processor/blender and about 45 minutes to make..
It's a quick and easy method for making salami at home. You can also try it with different spices and flavors. Please do try it ....
Ingredients :
Boneless Chicken - 430- 450 g
chicken fat and skin can be used.
Chopped onion - 1 medium
ginger paste - 1 tsp
garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
coriander leaves - 1 tblsp
Melted butter - 2 tblsp
Water - 2 tblsp

Hello my dear, I met your channel by chance today, I saw your recipe and I liked it very much. What about wrapping this salami in the baking sheet and then wrap it with folio? it is said that folio does harm to our health. What's your opinion? Can you make veil salami and veil sausages please? Hi I don't know the answer to most of your questions, but you should store the salami in the freezer and remove it around an hour before (atleast) to thaw.. And then eat
