A simple trick you can use that allows you to use any size or type eggs in a recipe is this: A large egg (the size called for in most recipes) averages 1/4 c. If you use the same mesuringcup for the honey, as you used for the oil, the honey will slide right out of the cup. Not leaving anything behind ;) I always do that when I make my musli, and it's magic :D
