In today’s video, we are going to see how to prepare Ghee Biscuits in Tamil. One of the famous sweet recipes of all time is Ghee Biscuits. Many of you are asked for this recipe. Ingredients:
மைதா / Maida - 3 Cup
நெய் / Ghee - 1 Cup
ஐசிங் சர்க்கரை / Icing Sugar - 1 Cup
ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom - 2 Pinch
முந்திரி / Cashewnut - 10 Nos
பாதாம் / Almonds - 5 Nos
காய்ந்த திராட்சை / Dry Grapes - 15 Nos
