Nice work. I've built some of my own cans before. I like to use Fiberfrax or similar ceramic blanket along with stainless steel rock wool. I've found the stainless rock wool in conjunction with the ceramic blanketing keeps the wadding more resistant to blow-outs especially on the higher h.p. applications. Your can setup with the twin can/ pie cut design reminds me of a similar style to the UUC Motorwerks RSC BMW catback. Looks great and I'm sure it sounds nice and deep/ 'bassy.' I've also cut open certain stock catback sections, removed the stock baffles/ louvers and added the perforated stainless/ ceramic blanketing/ rock wool and welded up the can back together. Makes for a 'stealthy' louder/ better toned solution. I also like to use some larger diameter stainless piping for the tips/ outlets as well. I prefer the single-walled look so it works out very well for my preference. 👍👍😁

I wondering whether the perforated tube goes into the cap tube or they face each order, because on my muffler the tube is rust and want to change it, but i’m not sure about the length

I have wanted to do this for a while to every staight section of tube on my WRX to keep flow but get the sleeper sound.. I wonder how long the ceramic blanket will hold up to all the liquids they will get. 33rd on the sound clips.

Straight through exhaust passage, no baffles. I doubt that would be very effective shuffling the exhaust.
