HomeMade French Fries Recipe:
Potatoes - 3 Large nos
Water - For Boiling
Salt - 2 tsp + As Needed
Baking Soda - 1 tsp
Oil - For Deep Frying
Cooking Instructions:
1. Wash and peel the large potatoes.
2. Cut them into french fry baton shapes and soak them in cold water for 10 mins.
3. Place them in water with baking soda and bring it to a boil, for a minute or two.
4. Strain and dry the batons completely.
5. Fry them in medium hot oil for 2 mins and strain them, allow them to cool completely.
6. Fry them again, in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
7. Toss them with salt and serve.
