This video was almost all filmed and edited during the Spring of 2022.
This was a project where I learned a lot, and refreshed a lot of memory. Throughout my life, I have learned a bunch about woodworking and things like that by means of trial and error, and my dad teaching me.
This project was the first project I did in a very long time of its nature, and because of that, I had forgotten so much stuff. This was a nice little consequence-free leisure project that helped me remember a lot of the tricks I have learned over my life, and that was due to me messing up so much in the process of making it.
I also learned throughout the making of the video how to make a video much more interesting. That's because at the start I feel I commentated far too much and explained stuff too in-depth, to where it lost it's interest-factor and I know the viewer retention will drop almost immediately. By the end of the video, I realized that just actually doing the project instead of talking about it made it way more interesting to watch (that is because I was editing it as I was simultaneously making the guitar case.)
I think its very important to do projects like these where you can just have fun, but also learn a ton in the process and become a more valuable person.
