This recipe shows you how to make delicious milk chocolate bars at home that taste very similar to the original. The cream is not quite as sweet and firm as the original, but it's still a delicious treat. If you're a fan of Kinder Milk Chocolate, you'll definitely want to try this recipe!
Ingredients
For 9 pieces
For the chocolate sponge cake:
4 eggs (room temperature)
1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
¾ cup (150 g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
¼ cup (25 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons (30 ml) of water
For the delicious filling:
1 ¾ cup (400 ml) heavy cream (cold!)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon honey
3-4 drops of orange extract
100 g (3.5 oz) white chocolate, chopped
