This is really cool, but there is an odd combination of methods being used here, the amount of hot glue and tape that's holding this thing together is crazy considering how much effort went in to making other aspects, and the fact that the end result is a single shot breach loader (albeit a decently powerful one) is sort of odd. But still, really cool, and a great video!

Am I going senile or did you upload this a few days ago? I'm wondering how well you could shoot darts with that thing. If it can make a rubber tipped Nerf bullet go through a tin can then I'm sure something harder would give seriously good results.

A free way you can power up your Nerf gun is to stretch the spring inside it and then put it back together or possibly double the spring my kids hide them from each other cuz they don't want shot by each other anymore

pvc works, not as good, but just fine, make sure to get an adapter from the Solenoid valve to the pvc.

Good creation inspired me to build one, I watch it until the end and its make me come up with one question.. Is it possible to change the plastic bottle with medium CO2 gas tube? If it's impossible could you make similar video using CO2 gas that use for Gas powered airsoft.

I improved it and convert it to shoot BB-s, video will be uploaded soon but it still don't you see CO2 cartridges. I will make similar one that use CO2 cartridges I'm just waiting parts that I ordered online.

That is not ignitor. That is a solonide valve.

@@fazalrahman216 I believe you missed my point. He is using a battery and switch to power the solenoid valve open. Now an electronic ignitor is basically a dynamo. Creating an electrical current that causes a spark. Now my thought was could it be used to breifly open the valve. This eliminating the need for a battery.

I would have just glued the bottle cap and added a flat o-ring in it so I could replace the bottle easier.
