I'll show you how to make homemade pizza in this video. the pizza and the dough. You can enjoy pizza night at home with this delicious dough and any topping you choose.
First, combine a packet of yeast with a half-glass of warm water and a spoonful of sugar. After that, give it a rest to allow the yeast to work. Pour half a glass of warm water and a spoonful of salt into a bowl with the ready yeast. Add two spoons of olive oil, then gradually stir in the flour. Despite having three cups of flour, I only used two and a half glasses. when the dough is ready and releases from your fingers. Give it at least an hour to rest in the bowl.
Once your dough is open, you can shape it into the desired shape, thin it out, and then top it with the desired topping.
I added lots of cheese, minced meat, salami, mushrooms, onions, peppers, and my own homemade tomato sauce. If you'd like, you can also sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of the dough round.
Depending on your oven, cook it in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
