• Ingredients: soft fruit candies

White granular sugar 300 grams, 0:43,
Water 150 grams, 0:49,
Potato starch 150 grams, 0:53,
• Add all the ingredients in the pot, blend it to be even and then start heating. Heat it till it gets sticky and stir-fry it with low heat. After it become very sticky and hard as the kind of dough for making steamed stuffed buns or steamed buns, put it in any mould and press it to be even. Keep it till it cools down. Then sprinkle some cooked starch on it 3:14. Cut it into pieces and it’s completed.
