amazed at how good the front of the grill looked. no bunching. you must be very good at this, i suspect you made it look easier than it is for a first timer. highly impressed.

I have built many a custom speaker pods and grill sets over the decades. It takes practice, if you use a good quality cloth and glue (DAP Landau Top Glue) and some practice you will get the hang of it. I used a very low quality cloth and glue so I was happy with the results. Like my Dad said... Practice makes perfect. Thank you for the kind words. Cheers

I'm not sure 1/4" masonite is available.
