小莉妳好 - 建議妳下次做香腸，改用豬腸的腸衣，妳用塑膠的腸衣，經過滾水煮，它會泗放出塑化劑，吃進肚裡對人來說，是不健康的。

這在台灣叫粉腸，但是外皮是用羊腸下去灌的。吃的時候沾煮過的醬汁，醬油加糖加大蒜末加水加淀粉一去下去熬煮。

Is the red yeast a byproduct like nutritional yeast maybe? 🤔 Does it add flavour as well as colour? Honestly, I think this is really close to what we use for a breakfast sausage. I think you can make it all different types of flavours or seasonings. I think I would put them in the fridge after boiling them and then remove the wrapper so I could slice it up and cook it in a little oil. I wonder if you could cut it in pieces and add it to hot pot? This meat seems very versatile. Thanks for sharing it with us. ☺ Is the wrapper bio degradable or is it a true plastic?
