For future note, If you are going to be talking in your videos, and insist on having music, please turn it down extremely low. The music here is very distracting and can hardly hear what you are saying. I'd rather just listen to you explain things than hear music in the background.

cool recipe, it's very similar to the one we use here in France to make vanilla flan (for flan pies, for e.g.). I'd just like to ask, though: in whatever cake or pastry that has creme, I usually like to add a bit of rum, really brings out a nice flavor. You have to add it at the end when your mixture is cold and stir, not during the boiling process. But do you reckon it would work well with this ?

Hey Amy, I am back...I tried it, it came out very tasty. The only complaint I have, isn't really a complaint at all. After putting it in the fridge it jelloed on me, but it was still edible. I realized that I'm so crazy used to false puddings like the Jello instant mix, and stuff you find at restaurants, I wasn't expecting that and thought I did something wrong, lol I guess this is what the real thing is :P It was yummy as all get out. I will be making it again. Do you have a video on how to make chocolate pudding?

I must say, that if you intend to continue making videos, that you read the comments.
