Just made this and it tastes amazing. I only had turbinado sugar so it's tastes a little more like carmel and also has that color, but oh, soooo good.

My mom's recipe books were falling apart because she used them so much so I typed them out and then printed them out into a binder using the sheet protectors so the recipes wouldn't be damaged if you spilled something on them because you could just wipe it off

3/4 cup sugar 2 T flour 1/4 tsp salt 2 cups milk 3 egg yolks 1 tsp vanilla Add all ingredients to a double boiler and cook until thickened
