Wow! This is amazing. Thanks for sharing. I want to bypass the husking out process so do u think I can use the sugar free shredded coconut? By just blending it and allow it to ferment.

Is there a better process of separating the oil and the water in the cold press process? Seems like the scooping isn’t the best method and couldn’t separate the oil completely from the water

Hi after scooping the curd, can the water be drinked or used in cooking? Or transform into moisturiser for skin other than watering the plants? Because I don't have plants or trees to water to nearby so it would be great if I can use the water in other ways.

Yes I believe you can use it for smoothies or cooking curry chicken
