Homemade 600cc KAWASAKI BUGGY/Crosskart build+test

My homemade 600ccc kawasaki superbike buggy. the engine, brakes, rear suspension, gas tank, radiator etc. all came from the bike, making the buggy relatively cheap since i did not have to buy al these parts. the gearing was changed down to 52:13 giving the buggy a top speed of around 140kmh (90mph) and 0-60 accelaration is about 5 seconds.

$530 to build but the fun you can have with friends tearing up roads and distroying farmers fields is priceless. I think it's brilliant mate, well done.

Look here brother I own a fabrication and welding company and in 25 yrs exp in the industry I have only met a very limited few that can do what you can do with what you do it with. Real talent shows here. Great video. Good job man you are truly a craftsman I would hire you anyday. Awesome job. I loved that you use a stick. I use my portable for everything I do.

Here I am thinking I have it rough and here comes dude stick welding up a dune buggy out of galvanized fence pipe in a barn. Then....THEN.... dude whips out a home made lathe! A HOME MADE LATHE that he built in the barn, probably using the stick welder!

It looks very good for only having access to such limited tools. I'm so glad to see more people doing these types of projects, because it should be celebrated, for the ingenuity of a person instead of limiting people and keeping them chained to everyday monotonous lifestyle. Very Nice job man! One question, are you using galvinized steel tubing?

I don't know what the $500 on the beginning was to represent but I had a little over $600 in just my tires and wheels

Are everyone ignoring the fact that guy just stick welded like 1 inch pipe/tube like a boss? great job my buddy, I'm a certified welder myself and this is very impressive.

This build is awesome, however i've only got one complaint that was itching me. You might wanna cover up the bottom with a shield surface and not a net. Could only imagine the risk of impaling yourself by running over a branch in the woods, or just get hit by gravel in the nuts. Overall sweet build!

could you make a detailed video on how to put a rear axle together for it im tryna do the same thing with 600cc speed bike engine and i got the dune buggy with no axle

I've watched tons of diy buggy builds. This one is my favorite. It's shows how a person with a welder, Jack and some power tools can build anything. This is the same way of have to do it. Great job on your build, keep it up, and keep Inspiring all who watch. Thanks.

Need to make video's of this build with detail information, even if it is 10 video's, more with the suspension front and rear and the engine mounting and wiring, all the good stuff...
