Very well done. I really appreciate your thoroughness and explaining how to get everything done and I did a master cleaning of my sensor vacuum and it runs like beautiful. I think you need to say towards the end that the electrical receptacle on the machine part needs to be up in the air as well as the hose attachments up in the air so that when you slide the top down, it fits easy and it was no problem doing it, but it would’ve been nice to hear you explain it, but other than that supreme teaching skills thank you very much

Windsor needs to fix their vacuum bag holder/latching assembly. The old design worked better. Plastic scrapers are a thing, FYI.

I got an S12 from a thrift store and it seems hardly used. But there is a gap between the bag housing and it's cover. The latch works fine and the vacuum powers on. I've looked for any reason why theres a gap and find no damage or clue as to why there is a gap. Would you have any suggestions for me?

Ware can I get some tools for the vacuum cleaner. And ware can I get that rug

Just basic tools from any hardware store will be plenty to do repairs on these machines. You'll need to contact your local Karcher rep for rug inquiries.
