Hello friends! Welcome to my channel One Blessed Mess for this video taking you along with us during a typical homeschool day! We are back from Christmas Break and attempting to get settled into our routine. I hope you enjoy today's video!

My husband and I pulled our kids out of public school, moved to our house in the country, and haven't looked back! I absolutely love your days in the life. You do such a phenomenal job of providing structure and routine for your kids. Kids thrive with that. I know things don’t always go according to plan but I love the flow you have established with your day of morning work, math/la followed by lunch and a break then a little more school. That is such a pleasant day for all. We do something similar ❤

Thank you for this. So encouraging to see your happy disposition and watching you enjoy your children. As a homeschooling mom to 4, K and 2nd, and a 2 and 4 year old this was helpful to see you guys plugging along and not rushing. Taking time to correct, to study God’s word, smile, and play and get school in between life at home… it really encouraged me to keep just at it on the crazy days ! I was homeschooled with one brother a year younger, and I constantly have to remind myself that it’s not going to look like that with a big family and lots of ages. So thank you

The historical journal(s) your oldest is reading took me to a very happy place....bc when we home schooled our 4 (empty nester & g'ma now), those were a fav. 🤗 Warm fuzzies. Happy and blessed Mon!

Thank You for sharing! I homeschool a single child. My son is 12. He hates math.. but we found a program online and its been better! We are also working on creative writing. Those are our goals this year. :)

Your kids are so chill compared to my five 🤣 They are 8, 6, 5, 3 & 1 at the moment and the youngest ones are so hard to manage during school time. Edit* My 5 year old, named Maddie, is obsessed with ballerinas. Your little ballerina is adorable!

We start with devotion s and then we go into reading.i really don't like math but I try to make it fun .there was a book you had in a few videos back I'd love to get .it was big and beautiful but I can't remember the name . .your children are beautiful.may God bless you and your sweet family.

Do you live too far out in the country for wifi to reach? Loved your video! I was shocked when I saw how old your oldest daughter is. You looks too young to have a child that age and thats a compliment! How do you stay in shape?

💕Yes! U shared before who u use to work out but I can’t remember! Are your work outs long? I’ve been using the free version of the fit on app. I like The really short ones! Like 10 min😝 I’ll do good for a couple of days & then I’m so stinking sore that I have to skip a few days🫣. The ones I do are short but hard😮‍💨 I need to be more consistent though. I’d love to know what/who u use working out 😊
