🤣 You are cracking me up! I thought "wow they watched Carrie!!" 😂 I really love how you show these books! We do copywork for our BYL curriculum and Emily (BYL) chose what the copywork is. I like that you said they have to write something suggnificant about the chapter. That gets them thinking about what they're going to write about. It's true you can find many unit studies for inexpensive or free to go down rabbit holes. thank you for sharing Alex!

This is the exact video I needed to see today 😂 I’ve been looking for some way to do this and we are planning to do lap books in our science and history this upcoming school year so why not for literature too 😄 none of the programs I’m seeing sound like the books will appeal to my 6 year old so I really want to pick our own.
