I LOVE your idea of the sheet protectors for pages that aren't three hole punched. We have a left handed kid and he sometimes gets annoyed with the binder in his way of writing. We use a folder system too! We sabbath school; so six weeks on, one week off. On that "off" week I plan the next six weeks and update their folders. Its worked really well for us this year. I actually use that filing system you mentioned a bit backwards; it's where I store what they've already done. Then at the end of the year I can pull from all that they've done for their portfolios. Great update! I'm new to your channel! Happy New Year!

Awesome! I was also kind of doing the filing system backwards like you, but with limited space, no I go through our work and pull out samples to put in our portfolio while I am emptying out our binders to fill them up with the new work. Thank you so much! Happy new year!
