Homestead FL to Tampa FL Time Lapse Drive

Leaving Homestead FL going up the Florida Turnpike to where I-75 Begins on the south end.Then traveling on Alligator Alley through the everglades.Then going by Naples and Fort Myers.Then onward to the Sunshine Skyway Bridge into St Petersburg.Then crossing the Old Tampa Bay then Finally into Tampa FL.

Homestead was totally devastated and destroyed by Hurricane Andrew in '92.

There is just ZERO lane discipline on Florida Expressways at all! Slowpokes in the high speed lane sometimes so many of them they create parades of cars and speed freaks who weave in-between cars and in the right travel lane all make for a stressful experience! I breathed a sigh of relief once you took that last ramp into Tampa center. Traffic in Florida is a madhouse! And I noticed you paid tolls twice. If you bought a Sunpass toll tag and mounted it on your windshield you could have used the no stopping lanes and you wouldn't have got those toll-by-plate invoices generated by the overhead electronic toll bridges (gantries) on the Turnpike south and west of Miami, either! 😊

its just not a scenic place if you ask me unless your sitting by the ocean....otherwise as I have said....nothing but flatlands......give me mountains any day

Ever gone through states li Nebraska, Illinois or Oklahoma? It's all flatlands with little or no trees and miles and miles of corn or wheat fields.
