this video is old by now but it helped me figure out how to use these headphones i've had for a couple months - thank you, you're a lifesaver! still no idea how to download their program though just keeps giving me an error message haha but at least it works now!

Compatable with PS4? But no USB connection on the controller, meaning connect it to the console?

Yeah. Thankfully it has a pretty lengthy USB cable, but you should also be able to add a USB extension cable without an issue.

i have this headset then my little brother stepped on it and the sound system stopped working then i put them on the ground then stepping on them myself and it started working it again

I believe it's only available in black.

@jonathan jeryckho the Edifier G2ii is only available in black. They have other products in their line, such as the G4, that are available in white.

It seems it depends on where you live. I’ve also seen it in two other colors: white and pink. The last one comes with cat ears which can be glued to the headset.
