I grew up in a house with a wood cook stove; your video brought up a lot of good memories. The smell of a wood fire combined with sizzling meat, baking bread, beans, and pies all came flooding back. There is some sort of magic that gets worked on food cooked over fire, it becomes exponentially more delicious.

I love how the little one has veggies on his plate ! No "sludgey" "nutrient-dead" baked paste like mac n cheese or hamburger helper. Just pure, wholesome, nutrient dense vegetables.

I love it. This is our life. We have a wooden stove and we cook food from the garden and the coffee is the product after the process, so we drink it pure. This is the best way of living for us. The kitchen with the wooden stove is the room metting. Every body loves it.

I still prefer the looks of the antique stoves from the 1800s to the 1900s but this here is truly a beauty, you can be mistaken that its more than 100yrs old! Has a bit of modern touch that I like, the glass panel, just warms the heart right up to see the fire in there, wonderful! You Sir are keeping it these stoves alive! hats off to you from USA!

Gosh, how many thanksgiving dinners were cooked on a wood burning stove! The trick is temperature control for the oven side and the stove top. That takes experience and trial and error. Grandma, to daughter, to granddaughter.

I'm happy too that when our channel started to grow that this very first one did not get forgotten, even if the sound is a little patchy in it, and uploaded at lower quality (the internet was much slower for us back then!!). Just wish Janie and I were in this very first one - she was pregnant with Zelda at the time, and I was behind the camera the whole time!

I watched several videos on wood stoves and became a little tired of each one the same, I turned to yours and was about to turn it off when ,is she Penelope?, started singing and playing that enchanting song.
