Makes me want to cry. The characters in my childhood fairy tales have never looked so alive before

Новые версии шикарно детализировано прорисованы, но теряется портретное сходство (где-то разрез глаз немного другой, где-то ширина носа, где-то овал лица). А еще не совпадают характеристики освещения лиц (в оригинале блики немного по другому ложатся). Из-за этого создается эффект, что новые портреты хоть и шикарно прорисованы, но немного чужие и незнакомые. Видимо, за часы, проведенные за игрой, эти портреты настолько впечатались в мозг до пикселя, что даже небольшие несоответствия заметны (например, чуть другое выражение лица или взгляд). Удивительно, насколько гармонично оригинальная картинка смотрится именно в миниатюре, судя по всему, художники учитывали небольшой размер холста и правили портрет попиксельно для больше разборчивости и выразительности. Это приводило к искажениям пропорций, но подчеркивало детали лица. Очень хорошо это видно на примере глаз: большой детализированный портрет при уменьшении превращает глаза в темные впадины, в то время, как в оригинале всегда ярко подчеркиваются белки глаз и черная радужка.

Holy shit, these are so good!!! I usually don't like AI enhanced HoMM3 content, but these are SO WELL DONE! Really keeping the original intent and vibes while even improving a bit on the goofier drawings like Gelu and Thorgrim! Congratz, man!

Lately I've been reading about the debate of whether Kyrre is male or female by canon. These remasters treat the original homm3 data files as the ground truth, so I went with the female variant for now. But maybe I'll make the male variant as a bonus material later down the line.

I don't think Ivor is supposed to have a goatee and that was just a pixelated shadow around the chin/neck area. Yeah yeah I AM aware of the Elves of Enroth (HoMM and Might & Magic VII & VIII) sometimes being depicted with facial hair; but still... Also the AI really exaggerates the size of those knife-ears and makes them HUGE/satyr-like.

Jenova looks good. Ivor has face hair despite being an elf somehow. Mephala looks realy old in remaster.

I do not understand the change in design (structure of face) for Jenova, Ivor and Kyrre. They were fine as they were, but now they are different. I do not say worse - just not the same people.

Ufretin- Remastered Ufretin looks grumpy and wants to be left alone. Jenova- She looks awesome in the remaster! Her ear looks a bit too big IMO. Ivor- I don't think Ivor's supposed to have a little beard on his chin, but the remastered portrait still looks good IMO. Thorgrim- The remaster looks better. Thorgrim's portrait in the original looked a little weird and as if he drunk a little too much beer. Mephala- She looks pretty thin in the remaster. Gelu- This is a good remaster. Gelu's a half-human, half-Snow Elf, so I liked how you didn't make his skin deathly pale. Ryland- His face looks a little off (he looks older than I imagined), but the rest of him looks pretty good. Kyrre- Just like Jenova, Kyrre's ear looks too big. But the rest of her looks great! Clancy- I like this one. He looks like an old and determined war veteran.

Their emotional state is slightly different. Is it intentional?

Jenova has too much hair, quiver at her back should be added. Thorgrim: spikes on his head should be silver and more conical. Mephala looks way too old. Ryland's feather is not black on its end. The rest is perfect, especially Gelu and Kyrre.

Вот бы ещё и Героям 3 сделали бы ремастер. Подчёркиваю не ремейк а ремастер. Тоесть тоже самое но просто с улучшенной графикой. Не понятно почему в прошлом в Героях 4 решили не делать так а перековыряли игру до основания.

Из еновы скарлет йохансен сделали. В целом кроме мефалы и гномов попаданий не вышло.

Nice but imho Jenova 0:44 doesn't have this "raw" beauty that OG had. It bothers me that every single female must be "upgraded" and fake looking, Mephala on the other hand is fine transition.

Где Корониус?! Мефала стала выглядеть хуже, черты лица стали излишне резкими. Ивор получил странную бородку. Киррь похорошела, как и Торнгрим. Кланси стал более суровым, уверенным. Ему идёт. Женова несколько изменилась, но осталась красавицей, 👍🏻.

Original Mephala is better. Remastered is too old. The “improved in game” Gelu literally has no apple of the eye at all . Scary
