The Bible doesn't just call homosexuality a sin, it calls it an abomination. Leviticus 18:22. The sermon is minimizing how the Bible describes homosexuality. Not a good sermon. Mark and avoid.

Saying you woke up one day gay is like saying one day I work up a murder. Sin is sin born again means new birth

This was incorrect when he was talking about sexual orientation. People develop differently sexually. When was it appropriate to have sex outside of marriage, (rape) and was it appropriate to have children until they were a man, meaning they were old enough to have kids. Both science and the Bible should agree with each other, and it appears to be in 30's in how old a person is. We should strive to know the Bible says about these issues. We are to prove and test every testimony with Scriptures. I do not believe communicated by best here. The Bible might actually more on that then people want to admit

Bless his heart. That was quite a performance. Am I a sinner? Oh, yes I am! But, as Nelson said, [I] must repent and follow Jesus, not twist the Word of God to say, “the devil made me do it!” This all seems to be biblical support to be a homosexual. You cannot continue saying, “I’m ‘gay’,” and expect to change your ways. No! I’m to continually wage war, not picking and choosing the scriptures that support/justify the sin. He harped on the Pharisee and he quoted Paul in Romans, but only used what was necessary to control the narrative. But, like so many, he didn’t quote the full scripture to finish Paul’s thought. “For those who are according to flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For your mind set on the flesh is a death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace, because the mind set on the flesh is hostile toward God; for it does not subject its self to the law of God, for it is not even able to do so, and those who are in the flesh cannot please God.” Romans 8:5-8. I think he was doing everything he can to justify their decision to push the book by Gregory Coles.

Hard to take this seriously with a floating ring moving in the background. This is a church? What are they thinking? The gospel is a serious issue.

It’s hilarious to me that people still buy what this man is selling. He’s a thief, a gossiper, and a liar, not to mention his vanity. Nelson Walker is a straight up con man.
