Thanks to RB I fixed this problem myself. Removed module and sent it for a rebuild (I used Module master). You can drive car while this module is out. No ABS.

Nice good job! Yes u can drive around but it’s not safe if the car slips or sharp turn u will not have that stability other wise it can be driver with precautions

So you take the module and pump off, separate the module from the pump, and re-install the pump and bleed the brakes while the module is being repaired?

@@youepiktubeNo. The black module is removed only. Brake lines and pump not disconnected. See RB’s other video where he does that. It’s what I used to do the repair.

I'm a computer Technician and a customer brought this in and asked me to solder new wires. I'm unsure what kind of wire Honda uses but it's garbage. The wires are way too weak. I ran all copper wires and it fixed the problem

They need to recall this engine oil consumption issue and the new accord turbo issues

One of your videos got 100k views about this issue. You should file a report to NHTSA and after your initial report, we should follow up with ours. When I looked at complaints about my 2015 Accord I did not see any ABS module complaints. We can’t just swap these because they need to be reprogrammed. If you have already done a report you should make another video for how to report ours. Honda should be responsible for this bad design. I feel like people just get these fixed ASAP and take the loss because it's a safety issue.

What does RB have to gain by spending time with NHTSA? You don't need to swap it out. Remove it and send it in for a rebuild. Less than $300. Have your local shop do it if you're not up for doing it yourself. Dealer will only sell you a new part.

Could the ABS control module be the cause of spontaneous traction control lights, ABS lights, brake lights to come on randomly, and then get off randomly

85-01 VSA Signal failure and tire pressure light blinking also causing door sensor to think the doors are open is this the same problem and solution ?

I tried to solder the broken wires but solder won’t stick to the metal tabs. I took it to 2 cell phone repair shops and they said the same thing. What am I doing wrong?

Hi RB, Hows it going! So I live in the middle east and have a 2015 Accord Sport 3.5 automatic, this is a specification that is only found in the middle east for some reason and in the US the sports only comes in the 2.4L 4cyl. So recently my dashboard is lighting up like a Christmas tree and after taking it to the dealership they mentioned that the ABS modulator Assy (57110-T2W-Y02) needs to be replaced which costs about $2,300 which I think is ridiculous. I have found the part cheaper online from the US, but it fits the accord EX-L, was wondering if you could be a kind soul and let me know if the part would fit fine on my car. Can send you the link of the part if needed. Please help!

I’m not sure but I don’t think it’s diffrence in 3.5 and 2.4 abs moduel should be same I would try this send ur old one out for repairs on eBay they have service guy charges 250. U can search it abs moduel repairs

Use small extension it was easy on this one v6 engine was tough or go down from wheel well

How hard is it to change this part out all the brake lines run to this? Any help is appreciated been having this issue for a long time with wife’s car. Stealership wants $1700 to fix it.
