Leather Armrest exchange on a 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour but other similar accord models this would work too. Here's the armrest: ebay.us/Qw1NGV Here’s the pry tool kit I used: ebay.us/7G2CZx

Nice video. For something that Honda knows will wear out fairly soon, it would've been nice if they had a simple way to access the armrest from the interior only, with no need to remove the whole door panel. Maybe just a couple of screws that hold a flip down section just under the armrest.

Hopefully they read your comment and make some adjustments or better yet… make the leather indestructible 😄

Seriously im a female Who wants to attend to do this but I feel like I'll screw it up even more! Ughhh!! The center console is also wore out! My car is only a 2009 and it looks terrible!
@Julie-qf2vv Жыл бұрын
@@jennifermarie1230I hope you tried it! If not give it a go! I just replaced mine and the center console. It wasn’t as scary as it looks! I was able to do it without disconnecting all the wires in the door.

I have a 2012 honda accord and the armrests both on the sides and middle are the weak spots. Thanks for doing this video. I've already replaced the middle console lid and have leather to Re-upholster the plastic pieces. While you didn't remove and apply new leather (opting for full replacement) showing me the connectors and bits to get the door panel off was really what I needed. Thanks for the video, these bits were the weakest spot in my car and likely every 2008-2012 honda/acura.

You're doing a nice job bro, simple and useful. Love the accord, such a reliable car, and so beautiful also. I'm driving 1992 accord with so much fun, just subscribe to support your channel

Thanks bro! Yeah this car has been through some very rough owner abuse and it’s still running like no other.

I agree. I went in thinking it would pop out from the top and replace in 30 seconds… not worth a video for KZfaq I thought. 1 hour later completing the other door, I thought… yup definitely a KZfaq video now 🙂
