@@Kumar-bg6nr for your information honda has made this car in the way which is suitable both for young gen and family people above 4000 rpm it roars like sports car and below that its smooth like butter. If u want that smoothness then drive on big gears. And yes honda city is not crap.. crap things don't survive for more than 20 years so better first take some knowledge of car then speak

I’m driving this car since 3 months and i can say that this car is much sporty than the last generation. Cvt is good transmission for city use, without any doubt and average is good I’m getting 13.9kmpl right now in eco mode on, as it shift quick gear under 2000rpm, but you can feel minor difference in performance but still you can push it hard whenever you want. Atlast it’s honda city!

Will rpm readings be affected if we change the tyre size to R17/195 ? Do we need to take it Honda for it?

@@aswinshamsudeen6153 no not at all,tyre size does not affect the rpms although the car can rev around 7000rpm without any hesitation. Like i have top model cvt,if i push hard then it overtake i rocket sometimes. Performance is really good indeed.

You will get the same mileage without the eco mode ...i feel it's a gimmick.. It just deprives power and thrust.. Nothing else

City has always been an icon and my personal favorite, but somehow honda always misses the shot very slightly in terms of features (specially if compared with verna). Still it is the best and the most dependable choice in this segment.

14:06 Noise , Japanese engines have this noise, its in their DNA, drive the S CROSS you will get a similar and same noise. Basically the rear insulation in the diki is missing - one can install some guard and it would go off.

@7:23 In modern day features, the absence of wireless charger could've been mentioned. Also, the front parking sensors are available only as an accessory. Wish Honda provided it, at least in the ZX variant. Overall, a good car and an equally good review. :)

@@shreyanshjagetia3152 haha creta hi le lo bhai..just test drove both today, city automatic is much smoother..creta had body roll even in a short test drive and engine was lil noisy compared to city. only prob is city headroom for 6'1 like me was less after increasing driver seat height

City me base variant se 4 airbags,abs,ebd,ESP,Agile handling assist,hill hold,brake assist,VSA etc safety features aate hai jo Verna me nhi milte..City ek family car hai jab ki verna nhi hai kyuki rear me alto itni space hai..City ka petrol engine best hai under 20 lacs..City me reliability,space, comfort,Badhiya engine, handling etc best hai..Jabki verna Hug deti hai.. Overall Honda City best hai Verna se

I am an owner of honda city zxi and have personally experienced and heard reviews from other owners of city that suspensions after a time creates noise and u have to get the bushes changed from time to time,how's the suspension for this model

There should be dual zone climate control, the front passenger feels cold & the rear passenger feels almost nothing. Atleast separate blower speed control should be given for the rear passenger.

That noise is general problem of CVTs as engine rotates at high RPM for high acceleration and also giving high efficiency due to CVT.
