I've had this car for some time. It's really good. Fuel consumption around 7-7.5 motorway. Elizabeth? She's fantastic.

Love roadflytv and Elizabeth. The last generation looks more expensively made, because it probably was. It had a recognizable rear end. This one looks like what the next gen Neon might have been. (But that would be the Dart with an amazing rear.) Filled in the front mini side window with black plastic. Reminds me of what a Kia USED to be.

She is awesome! Love the blooper endings. A shame a civic costs more than 20 grand though. One request. More Elizabeth Kreft please!

good thing about the civic is that it can and will easily meet and/or surpass it's MPG numbers. Can't say that about the Elantra. Going off what I have read in online forums.

The fact that Honda used the antiquated 1.8L and squeezed 39MPG is remarkable. Other manufacturers like Hyundai and VW need GDI technology for those numbers. Honda has already perfected its own GDI tech, debuting on JDM cars this year. I can only imagine what the MPG numbers for those new engines will be.

I don't need the extra inch and a half...and I like that you went there.
@techdude669312 жыл бұрын
@Goremaster haha yea, I'm sure it'll get it soon though. Its just like with Kia where The Rio and Optima have DI engines, but the Forte doesn't.

@Dillon179112 жыл бұрын
ok.. I understand 1.8L 140HP 128TQ is for ecomany. Which outputs 28, 39 - which is amazing - but we need to see more out of Honda. I'm talking dual ECU's. Not just a Eco mod. 2 different computer chips with different attitudes. One as the base, like in the video. the other with a mean side. Like in the SI. We all know 15-30HP can be gained through a well tuned ECU. Why not put it up for the test on civics that need the passing power like she said with out fuel sacrifice? I have plans.

The 2012 civic looks less boring than the 8th generation, but the 2013 looks even better with more chrome and different bumpers and grill. The tail lights are also different.
@Partok8112 жыл бұрын
@PantstofryPWNZ You make an excellent point. I just like the styling of the Camry and it's sales numbers tell me 1000's of others agree... True, one can get an Si Civic that has nice styling. But then your spending more than my Camry for less room, power, trunkspace, and a rougher and noisy'er (thats not even a word! ha) riding car. For the $ of that Si Civic I could have an SE Camry with a v6 which has virtually the same performance.

The shifting in my 2011 Civic is sometimes irritating. It down shifts sometimes when I accelerate and keeps me from gaining speed while over revving the engine. My last two Hondas have been a letdown from past Hondas I've owned. I'm probably going with Korean or Toyota in the future. My 2009 Prius is a great car. The only beef I have with it is the traction control, but I don't like that in any car. As for Washington DC potholes . . . . I think potholes, like money holes concentrate . . .

I don't understand why car's have such huge dashboards these days. They stick out towards the driver so much, that it's just filling up what should be empty space to give extra moving room.

@Partok81 The thing is that people in the market for a Civic Si don't care about any of those things. You shouldn't have even be looking at a Civic Si if you got a Camry. That's kind of like saying you got an SUV because a Lamborghini is too rough and small. The market is different for the two cars. Two different price levels, and different types of cars.
