In 2023, there is a generation change when it comes to the Honda CR-V. A new one enters the showrooms, but at the beginning of the mentioned year the old 5th generation was still on offer, and it is still possible to buy it from the pool of produced units. Is it worth it? This is the question I am trying to find the answer to. The 5th generation Honda CR-V has a considerable advantage over the newcomer in the form of its price, which is tens of thousands of zlotys lower. My video test is based on a copy of this car in the richest Executive equipment version, which under the hood has an i-MMD hybrid system developing 184 hp. It is based on a 2.0 i-VTEC gasoline engine and supporting electric units. In the video, I discuss what kind of fuel economy the Honda CR-V offers with it in the city and on the road, as well as how the car's dynamics compare, including 0-100 km/h acceleration. I also check what overall impression the tested model makes on the road, as well as in what condition the handling - the infotainment system or steering wheel control - holds up. I also check how much rear seat space the Honda CR-V offers, its trunk capacity and how the build quality compares. In the video test, I also show how the LED lights work. For those wondering which generation of CR-V Hybrid to buy and whether it's still worth hunting for an older one at the end of its market life in Poland, I invite you to watch.
