Today buckets gets into working on a Honda ct90 , Customer states put new clothes in but can't get it to To work correctly. And is it worth a viking sword

FYI… The casing screws may appear to be Philips Head, however, original Honda screws are JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard). Usually they will have a small “dimple” on the head to indicate they are JIS. Using the correct JIS tool will not damage the heads of the screws because the bit will not “cam out” like a Philips bit does.

I'm in the process of rebuilding my CT90 clutch. I'm no expert but did you put the incorrect plate on first? According to the exploded parts view and other videos, the one you put on first goes on second. Can you confirm??? Thanks!

Hey Bud, good question. this particular one here is not a type III model I think the gentleman had actually put the clutch in did it the tipe III way and that's why the clutch was not working I kind of did it by memory but after being installed it worked just fine and the customer is actually really happy with it. Hope this helps you out. Hopefully didn't confuse you too much. Thanks for the question. It's a good one
