When you widened the left swing arm an extra 5MM, did you need to shorten the rear arm section to adjust overall length to match righthand arm? Also, how close was final alignment of countershaft and wheel chain sprockets?

I didn't have to change anything else, the was still enough travel movement for the wheel Axel.

I used the wiring that came with the new engine. I have now sold the bike and someone else has completed it. Sorry I couldn't help you.

Check the rear wheel. It did not look centered.

I sold it about 2 years ago, and the guy who got it complicated it, he's registered and has put it into his collection .

Dont remember sizes but they were off a suzuki 250 or 650 cc
