@0:40 I’m looking to change the front wheel to a wider electric hub motor with thicker axis like yours . What do you think about trimming both bolt ends to 12mm and re- threading so that it will fit into the original holes?

I used the wiring that came with the new engine. I have now sold the bike and someone else has completed it. Sorry I couldn't help you.

When you widened the left swing arm an extra 5MM, did you need to shorten the rear arm section to adjust overall length to match righthand arm? Also, how close was final alignment of countershaft and wheel chain sprockets?

I didn't have to change anything else, the was still enough travel movement for the wheel Axel.

How difficult it could be for someone that has no experience welding and doing this things ? I’m customizing my on c90

You would really need to practice with tubing first and make sure you get good penetrating welds. First time tries usually end up with a bead just sitting on top and not and not actually welding the parts together. Usually they will break just bending them by hand. Secondly and just as important would be the alignment of the steer tube when welding. A jig is needed for frame and fork to be mounted in where the axles run through. Fork can be dis-assembled, spacers added but put back in the jig. Then only a simple tack weld for the spacers. Remove from jig and finish weld.

Alguien me podría explicar cómo funciona el caliper del disco delantero? Generalmente el caliper está ubicado en el barral, el cual sube y baja al trabajar la suspensión. En la c90 el barral queda fijo y sólo la rueda amortigua. El caliper y las pastillas de freno al quedar fijo trabajarian de forma desfasada o desentrada con respecto al disco de freno. Como solucionan eso? Se entiende cual es mi duda?

Great progress I watched them all, but puzzled about the front disc brake, the caliper is going to be mounted the fork lower leg, pretty standard stuff, but the axle is on a movable arm, when applying the front brake the front end rises, applying the brake will attempt to stop that action...its going to interesting in see how this turns out... I prefer you earlier videos with you talking rather than the photos and BGM. is #10 the last one?

Hey brother, that's a beautiful start! I just picked up a '65 that I hope turns out half as nice as that. Can you perhaps share just the tire size? I absolutely love the factory aesthetic but the fat tires really bring that aesthetic to a whole new level! I would appreciate any information/insight that you're willing to share!
