Nice!I leased that car twice back in the 90s.

this exact model and color was what I wanted in 95 but could not afford. It only took almost 30 years to own one. lol

I had this exact car. Same color. Manual transmission. DX "Special Edition". Purchased new. Drove it for 11 years before selling it. Never had a problem. Just regular maintenance. I'd love to have another just for fun.

Looking good! My first car, unfortunately, the first one "I" bought myself was a Mercury Lynx (Ford Escort) early '80s. Not something I would care to remember, lol. Early '80s Fords-nothing much to remember and hardly reliable! Since then I've pretty much owned mostly Toyotas and Hyundais. I have a Prius that's 17 years old, the ONLY work it's EVER needed was a break job, a couple of 12V batteries and tires. Bullet proof! Hondas are also quite reliable and long lasting.

What!!! Completely bone stock!!! When did you start on the car stuff? It’s a beautiful EG. I thought you were mainly doing tech related things. But hey, I’m happy.

glad you like the car video. I picked up this project car for restoration about a year ago for $1500. I have a video on it if you like to watch. :)

The fact the service manager tried to convince you that’s just how old cars drive is insane considering brakes are literally the most important safety feature in a car. You should definitely show them this video they should at least comp you some oil changes.

agreed! I thought about bringing this up to the service mgr but I feel he may not believe me and just dismiss the complaint. It's one of those things that i learn the lesson and move on. Thank you for watching the video. :)

Can you restore my 96 DX hatchback?

I know one thing, use OEM for replacement clutch master and slave cylinders. The aftermarket stuff is usually garbage

I couldn't find OEM Honda for clutch MC and SlV but got Adler which I think it's the best alternative, JP made.
@ryzen3975 ай бұрын
@@HiFiInsider yea i would have to agree on that. JP is best
