Absolutely no need to unhook the heater/AC control wires. There is enough slack to pull the stereo assembly out and swing it down and then you can unscrew the heater control assembly from the fascia.

Where's the part about repairing the aux jack?!

Have you found a radio DIN that fits AC and defrost and passenger air bag light? I'm having serious issues with a DIN that I bought for a Android 9 inch radio...

It defiantly showed exactly how to get it out but i'm still scared I won't be able to put it back in, plus I want to install a full screen GPS. Has anyone done this?

I can never understand why car manufacturers make everything so damn complicated to remove. Why does one need to undo so many other things first? Why is there not just a couple screws on the stereo where you just undo them and you're done?

Not sure as to where you would take one to be fixed. Is there an avg. price to have one of these fixed ? Ours quit right after the warrenty went out. Since this thing is 11 yrs old would it be better to get a new one ?

That's only reason I hate Honda cars they make soo much intense work for mechanic and worker at spare parts / salvage yards like I do. Toyota is best at making thing easy for repairs instead stupid tricky method to install or replace the stereo system by honda
